Come spend a lively evening with Kathleen Kenneally, L.Ac. as we move into the Fall season! Each season carries its own energy. You will learn about the Seasons and how they affect us individually and collectively. Why do people often get sick or have allergy flare ups right around the change of weather? How can seasonal acupuncture, foods, herbs, essential oils and more, help you stay balanced and supported during each season? The main focus will be on the Fall season and what we can do to keep our energy and immune function up as we head into the cooler months. Please bring an open mind, lots of question and be prepared to have fun while you learn. Seasonal informational handouts will be given, as well as a Fall recipe sample. "SCV Law of Attraction" September 1st, 7-9pm, Cost: $5.00. We will explore one of the most important parts of the Law of Attraction: How to align ourselves with the universal energy and tune into the right "station or frequency" so that we are able to actually RECEIVE what we want in our lives. What does vibrational harmony have to do with the Law of Attraction? EVERYTHING! This will be an interactive evening with members sharing experiences, and we will learn about simple tools and techniques that can help change our vibrations. If you have any specific questions or suggestions related to the subject, please let us know ahead of time so that we can plan time to address them.

"Community Reiki" September 15th, 6-9pm, Limited space-Call for an appointment - 661-257-4228. Volunteer Facilitators along with Reiki Master Kathleen Fletcher. Reiki is an ancient energetic relaxation technique dating back thousands of years. It helps reduce stress and promotes healing. 30 minute sessions. $10 donation.
