Kathleen Kenneally received her B.A. from UCLA in 1988 and her Masters Degree in Oriental Sciences from Samra University of Oriental Medicine in 1999. She has complete advanced training in Classical Five Element Acupuncture, NAET (Nambudripad Allergy Elimination Technique) and is a Reiki Master. She is a California State Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbologist. Kathleen comes from a family of Doctors and medical professionals and has been involved with many areas of health care for the past 20 years. Her objective as a practitioner is to facilitate health and well being through treating the whole person versus just their individual symptoms. In her practice she incorporates Traditional Chinese Medicine with other aspects of her training to create a treatment plan specific to the individual's needs. Her specialties include but are not limited to: allergies, infertility/women's issues, chronic/acute pain and stress relief.

Stay connected with all that is around you- to the seen and unseen- it\u2019s all about energy. Everything is energy. We fight against it, we flow with it, we connect with it, we feed ourselves with it. It is through our connections that we actually live and experience life. Every living thing is connected in some way - bound by an invisible energy- linking us. My favorite scene in the movie "Avatar" is where the whole tribe holds hands and connects to each other and to the planet in order to create a healing. If each of us becomes conscious of our connections and how we impact each other on a daily basis, then we too can create a healing.

So right now close your eyes, go into your heart- feel the blood pumping, feel the energy there-now imagine that energy expanding and filling your whole body with love- now expand that energy further beyond yourself and see it connecting to everyone you know- like streams of energy leaving every part of you- sending love and healing. This should only take a few moments- but it is incredibly powerful! Now check in with yourself- you will probably feel amazing! Stay as connected to this energy throughout your day and see what happens.
