Kathleen Kenneally received her B.A. from UCLA in 1988 and her Masters Degree in Oriental Sciences from Samra University of Oriental Medicine in 1999. She has complete advanced training in Classical Five Element Acupuncture, NAET (Nambudripad Allergy Elimination Technique) and is a Reiki Master. She is a California State Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbologist. Kathleen comes from a family of Doctors and medical professionals and has been involved with many areas of health care for the past 20 years. Her objective as a practitioner is to facilitate health and well being through treating the whole person versus just their individual symptoms. In her practice she incorporates Traditional Chinese Medicine with other aspects of her training to create a treatment plan specific to the individual's needs. Her specialties include but are not limited to: allergies, infertility/women's issues, chronic/acute pain and stress relief.

~ The Healing Light Resource Center expanded its class offerings and the Gift store hours increased thanks to our work/trade program.
As we begin a new year at Kenneally Acupuncture & The Healing Light Resource Center- I want to thank Everyone who touched my life this year in so many wonderful, loving and positive ways. Thank you to my dear son James and his continuing love, wisdom and joy; to my patients who entrusted me to be part of their healing journey; to the amazing teachers and healers I have been fortunate to work with this year and who lovingly share their light and knowledge with all who come to learn and heal; to my friends, family and colleagues who help me hold the vision of providing the best holistic care in Santa Clarita Valley with their love and support, and to my staff for their continued dedication to the health and well being of my patients and all who come through our doors. I am so very grateful to you all!
I anticipate another amazing year ahead of us with continued growth, healing and joy! Looking forward to sharing it with all of you!
The Message for the Winter season:
Go With The Flow….
In Chinese medicine the emotion associated with the season of wintertime is fear, the element is water, and the body organs most effected during this time of year are the urinary bladder and kidneys ( by association also the adrenal glands which sit on top of the kidneys).
In Chinese medicine the winter months are a time to re-charge, re-view, make plans and replenish our personal "reserves " so that when the weather warms- we are ready to "Spring Forward" and put our plans into action!
When we are engaged in the emotion of fear- questioning , doubting, worrying- we are not trusting that we have everything we need or are exactly where we need to be. So the message is clear - Go With The Flow and have faith that all is well. What are the true gifts that you bring to every moment of your life? Which of these gifts are you remembering to pass on to others? We must all remember to be the "gift" that we truly are and to appreciate all the other amazing "gifts" in our lives!
