Kathleen Kenneally received her B.A. from UCLA in 1988 and her Masters Degree in Oriental Sciences from Samra University of Oriental Medicine in 1999. She has complete advanced training in Classical Five Element Acupuncture, NAET (Nambudripad Allergy Elimination Technique) and is a Reiki Master. She is a California State Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbologist. Kathleen comes from a family of Doctors and medical professionals and has been involved with many areas of health care for the past 20 years. Her objective as a practitioner is to facilitate health and well being through treating the whole person versus just their individual symptoms. In her practice she incorporates Traditional Chinese Medicine with other aspects of her training to create a treatment plan specific to the individual's needs. Her specialties include but are not limited to: allergies, infertility/women's issues, chronic/acute pain and stress relief.

Well that pretty much says it all don’t you think? The Beatles even made a song about it “All you need is love…”. Traditionally February is the month of Love… because of Valentines Day- the one day we get to officially declare our love!
What I propose is that every moment of every day be about love! When we choose love in every moment then soon peace will follow….imagine that! How does that make you feel? Does it bring up resistance? How can I do that?…but wait…close your eyes and just feel it…the sensation of loving and being loved. It’s there- inside of all of us- yes inside. For some it may be easier to love others than it is to love themselves. Keep working at it…playing at it…it will become easier I promise.
Connect your heart to your spirit. Release the fear, hold on to the love, embrace forgiveness for self and others and let go of judgement . Whew! Oh and remember to breathe!
Say to yourself daily (numerous times if needed) “I choose love….I choose peace” and see how things begin to shift. Today and every day…love is all you need!
